This morning I found 2 sites hosting on the same server that have "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" errors on their pages. WHM and Cpanel are reporting the correct bandwidth used so far this month - about 10% of their limit. I don't suspend exceeders but they have this ugly message at their sites.

I have tried these to no avail:

Limited the bandwith to even more
    Upgraded & Downgraded their packages
    Ran upcp --force
    Ran /scripts/cleanbw
Even deleted all their acct files in /var/cpanel/bandwidth
    /var/cpanel/bwlimit is empty BTW

Out of ideas and need some advice to make this error message go away

    Resolved

This problem corrected itself with an upgrade to Stable build 120 :)
