We seem to be having a problem receiving Bandwith Exceeded notifications and About to Exceed Bandwidth notifications.

It looks like, if the account is owned by a reseller, then the main server administrator are not receiving these notifications. Is this by design?

As long as the account is owned by root, then bandwidth notification messages are being sent to the server contact e-mail address.

If the account is owned by someone other than root, then the server contact e-mail address is not receiving these notifications.

It also appears that this notification is hampered by the bug:

    http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=6617

which tries to send a message to admin@thedomain.com regardless of whether that is set up or if thedomain.com has a contact e-mail address set up.
