Bandwidth exceeders not being suspended

Hello,

I have just noticed that accounts that are exceeding their bandwidth allocation are not being suspended.

Why is this and what can be done to fix it?

Login to your root WHM and under Server Setup click the link that says "Tweak Settings" now to your right scroll down and find "Disable Suspending accounts that exceed their bandwidth limit (will clear all suspensions is disabled)" make sure this is UNCHECKED, if it is checked it is the problem the accounts are not getting suspended.
