    Hey everyone,

does anyone know of a mod or download or a script which would fix the bandwidth issues in cpanel? One of our clients is running a ShoutCast server and after the first week there claimed bandwidth usage (in there cpanel) was 200Mb....acording to our box they had used over 4Gb Bandwidth.

Whats going on here, what can be done to fix it and does cpanel know about this yet or is this just my problem and no one elses? lol

Thanks for any help in advanced, i really apreciate it!

    Cheers

AFAIK, the shoutcast server uses it's own port(s) on the server and so is completely outside of cPanel's remit and nothing to do with them. You'd have to use your own package to monitor port throughput for whatever ports are used and attribute it back to a particular user.

IS there anyway to add ports to cpanels list? As we would like to offer more services but cant due to the bandwidth not being monitored at the moment...so does anyone know if we can add it to the list at all?

    Id really apreciate any help,

    cheers
    Tom
