I know this is a total noob question but how the hell do i get my site running again? Ive been getting emails for the past week about my bandwidth limit at 80%, and to contact my system admin. Ive looked everywhere and cannot find a "system admin", so i went to here for help. Please can anyone help me???

Do contact the hosting provider for this. This is a warning message that is being enabled in the server so that the users are aware of thir usage and make careful precautions like upgrading the bandwidth to avoid any temporary disruptions to the account by getting suspended when the bandwidth limit is exceeded
