Hi

Currently when you go to the reseller center, you can see the current month bandwidth and space statistics. Is there a way to check previous months?

thanks.

I wish there was!! I have just found out that cpanel doesn't stop a reseller from going over. Nor do they notify root that they went over. I had a reseller go over by 1151.86 last month. I had no idea it happened! The only reason I even looked at it was because the server had used about 30G extra that month and I was wondering WHO or WHERE it was used.

If you have whm configured to Email users when they have reached 80% of their bandwidth then you will get notifications. I knew when everyone of my resellers reached their bandwidth limit.

Log into your reseller's WHM and select "View Bandwidth Useage."

But that wont break it down for each reseller. Where as you can view the stats of each reseller in the "reseller center" via WHM. We want to see the stats listed for the previous month for the resellers, not a GRAND total for ALL accounts on the server.

Yes. Imagine if you have 20-30 resellers each with 20-50 accounts. Are you going to add them up and tally them? It's a chore, and it should be something simple program wise.

Currently you have to bill before 1st of the next month or you end up with a lot of work. And we do forget once a while.

You don't have to tally up each resellers accounts to determine if they exceeded their bandwidth. I have about 50 resellers. I have bandwidth notification turned on so that both myself and the reseller receive notices when they exceed or are about to exceed their bandwidth quota. I only have to login to the WHMs of the resellers who exceed their bandwidth, not all 50 resellers. It's not a big deal for me to login to those 5 - 6 WHMs at the end of the month.

There has to be an easier way...

Are there any third party scripts that will take care of this ?
