bandwidth usage finding

    Hello All,
    I need to find out specifically which user is consuming more bandwidth in the server? whm is showing as normal in the user's bandwidth area for all users. Is there any udea of how to fing this? because last five days there was massive usage of bandwidth in the server.

    But I dont know which user is taking more bandwidth. Is there any specific way to find out by shell commands as the cpanel and whm stats are showing normal

    install ntop. that might help.

    I guess I dont understand what you mean then - The View bandwidth shows by domain name - you can take the domain name and find the username . . .

    Actually when I checked the bandwidth usage using whm it is normal. But there client compliants that they are getting bandwidth bills for over bandwidth. So I am asking is ther eany softwares like iftop, ntop like??
    Linux image has mentioned ntop..
