    Hi Everyone,

I need some help here... Why does my Bandwidth Usage Viewer isn't running well, the usage indicator always show 0% this August, here is the screenshot Pict.com - whm-bandwidth.jpg

How to fix it please ?

Many servers experience similar problem but the underlying cause can be different.

Check if you have shortage of disk space .

Try running the below script from shell

    cd /var/cpanel/users;for i in *;do /scripts/runweblogs $i;echo logs done for $i;done;echo &all done &

Another fix I have seen is clear the /var/cpanel/bandwidth.cache directory ( make a copy somewhere before you clear) . Restart cpanel and see if it is updating .
