bandwidth with bandmin problem

    Hi everybody.

    I have this problem:

    The bandwidth counter not update, I can see de bandwidth on whm or cpanel.

    I try to reboot bandmin service.

    this not give me any error.

    I try to go to /var/log/bandwidth/2003/Jun and exist a file for one day of the mounth and there are data "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-all-in=76977127.

    What's the problem? some one can help me, thanks.

    Another questions, how update the info badmin to system, its at momment or exist wait of 10 min, 6 h or 24h ?

    I have same problem on one of my servers.
    Bandmin is not updating (everything shows "0" for the last 4 days....)
    I restarted bandmin, but nothing ...

    ideas?

    Yes, I solved it ...
    it was a problem with the firewall...
    Bandmin creates some rules that a firewall could overwrite or delete, and that are used to count the bandwidth.
