Hello, when using CPanel, is bandwidth recorded monthly, weekly or daily etc? I need to know how the bandwidth is measured so say someones bandwidth exceeds its limit, how long would it take for it to become active again

I think he means, if you go over the limit, when does your account become active again.

The answer is at the beginning of the next month (i.e April 1st)

what i mean is say if someone has 1 gb monthly transfer, would they be limited to 34 MB per day, or would they just use all 1GB all at once, and then be shut down for the month

If they use all 1 GB at once they will be shut down.

They don't have a daily limit. The only daily limit they have is whatever your server can provide in a day. Once they hit the monthly limit, the site is suspended until the end of the month.
