Bandwith limit... monthly or annualy?

Sorry for the basic question, but on documentation is not writed.

When I create a new account; bandwith limit is for 1 year or 1 month?

hi,
you should read the cpanel user guide and also few site with flash tutorials would give you enough info to start with. try this link

anyway bandwidth is monthly until and unless you modify your server configs.
