    Hi there,

    I have a basic question.

What is a good easy way to simply ban email to and from a secific email address?

For example I have tons of email from one incoming address that I would like to block from the server.

Plus I have a couple of clients with email address that attract a lot of unwanted spam email.

How would one handle these situations?

    Thanks so much. :)

    Hello -

In my thought is making that email id blacklisted.

You need to specify the email id or the domain name in the blacklist config of your prior mailserver.

    Go on, have a guess
If you enable the inbuilt spamassassin features of cPanel your users can do both:

    1. Blacklist certain email addresses/domains
    2. Have potential spam flagged and/or placed in a Spam Box

Thank you for the information. I'll take a look at spam assassin again and my mail server more closely.
