barracudacentral RBL rejection outgoing emails

    I am using barracudacentral RBL on all of my servers, but on this particular server this started few days back.

    Users using Outlook or other Email clients are getting this message:

    And because of this these users can not send any email.

    Any idea why RBL is being applied to outgoing connections, and how to rectify it.

    I couldn't give you an absolute answer with that limited information. But if you're willing to PM me a full error message / log exerpt, I'd be glad to tell you what's going on.

    Is yz.abc.asd.iou the IP primary IP address of your cPanel server ? Is yz.abc.asd.iou an IP addresses of one of your client's LANs? You really need to provide more information.
