Being spoofed left and right

Hi everyone! I'm being spoofed ALOT from a domain of mine. They're sending from email addresses like "[email protected]" and "[email protected]." Just things that dont make any sense.

I know this because my default email address for the domain was set to mine, and I was seeing the returns. I changed it now, because I've been getting alot everyday.

I've made all of the possible changes under "Tweak Settings" but still the problem.

Any advice from any of you cPanel gurus?!

Look into SPF txt records in your DNS.
http://www.openspf.org/
It won't stop all the forgeries, of course, but it may help to cut down on them to a certain degree, which would of course increase as more outside servers use SPF checking.

I get at least 500+ of these a day. And this is only the emails that are "bounced back" or "rejected for SPAM". Only god knows how many emails really do make it..

It makes me angry how people will list you as the spammer before checking the source of the email.
