    Hello ,

    i have just buy a server AMD X4 Phenom 4 core , with 8GRAM and 2 disk 500GB each one .
The main goal for this server is to host around 400 small websites .

My question is what is please the best partition to set before installing Cpanel ,

    The actual partitions are :

    ###########################################"
    Disk1 :

    Disk /dev/sda: 500GB
    Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
    Partition Table: msdos

Number Start End Size Type File system Flags
    1 32.3kB 526MB 526MB primary ext3 boot
    2 526MB 8916MB 8390MB primary linux-swap
    3 8916MB 500GB 491GB primary ext3

    ###########################################

    Disk2 :

    Disk /dev/sda3: 491GB
    Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
    Partition Table: loop

Number Start End Size File system Flags
    1 0.00kB 491GB 491GB ext3

    ###########################################

Please indicate me , what partition should i create , and if i should put the /tmp and /home partitions in different disk for security reason .

Sorry for my bad English :)

Many thanks for your kind support .
