Best Practice for Giving Helpdesk employees access

    Hello,

    We recently migrated from Plesk to cPanel.

    As we hire technicians to help support our clients, are there any best practices for giving technicians access to WHM/cPanel to assist customers?

    What have other businesses done to securely provide Level 1 or Level 2 technicians access to servers?

    I should add that we currently use Clientexec for billing/ticketing/provisioning.
