    Hi guys,

What's the best practice for a transfer of accounts from one of your servers to another?
We do like cPanels own transfer account function but it lacks all of the modified DNS entries.

Is there a way to easily or by script - copy over the old DNS entries but just change the shared IP and the nameservers if they differ? Anyone got a script they'd like to share?

How about clustering the servers prior to transfer. This will modify your dns on the fly and use the original servers records to point to the new location until you modify registrars. Virtually no down time while waiting to resolve the new location.
