What would be the best procedure for new cPanel servers running CL?

    1. Install normal OS, install cPanel, convert to CloudLinux
    2. Install CloudLinux provided OS, install cPanel on top of it.
    3. Install normal OS, install CloudLinux, install cPanel

I know the OS provided by CL must be exactly the same as its just a standard OS already converted. Point 3 would be probably not suggested at all, but I just mentioned here in case.

1 and 2 should end up on the same configuration but im wondering which one is suggested to get running as fast as possible without any conflicts. I think 1 is the best way to go right?
