    Hi Hjam:

Is this to protect the server or to protect Windows clients?

What do you want to have scanned in realtime? Email, file uploads via HTTP? File uploads via FTP?

I don't remember if I had to do anything to enable this, but clamav already scans all incoming mail in realtime on my server. You might need to install the clamavconnector plugin to accomplish this... but again I don't remember. You can find that @ WHM >> cPanel >> Manage Plugins. After install, there will be a new option under your "Plugins" menu for changing some clamav settings.

File uploads (both http and ftp) could be taken care of via csx.

If you're not worried about FTP uploads, and just need clamav to scan HTTP uploads in realtime, it is possible to use modsecurity and one of the rules from the Atomic/GotRoot guys to accomplish this. Let me know if you'd like more info on this and I'll post it.
