Best way for create only email account

Hi, I just want to create emails for some users.
What you mean is that we’ll just send emails to this account,
the website is hosted on another server etc.
I would like to know what is the best way to optimize this account so as not to take resources from the server, to handle only emails

Will the email accounts you would like to create be where the domain sends/receives all of its mail? If so you'd just need to point the MX records for the domain to that server
