What would be the best way for 3 seperate people to access a single cpanel email account using gmail?

I guess we could all simply sign into the same Cpanel email account in Gmail, but then we dont all have access to the individual 'sent' emails...

A scenario would be that we receive an email and one of the team replies to it, but the other two team members dont realise that the email has been replied to.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

    Hi @lunaimage

Because Google only allows POP3 access when adding the account to their interface I don't think what you're requesting is possible simply from the Gmail interface. If IMAP access were available the mailboxes would sync thereby allowing you to know when someone else responds to an email.

You may want to request information from Gmail to identify if something like this is possible.
