I have a friend wanting to move over to my server and he has 50 accounts under his reseller. What is the best way to move them all over?

The only way to move them using cPanel is WHM > Transfers > Copy an account from another server with account password on your server, which would only move them one account at a time. Now, if he has the ability to get to sudo su - on the server, you can use WHM > Transfers > Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server area for all of them, but that's unlikely for a reseller to have.

Alternatively, if a backup exists of each account in /home/username location, you could grab a copy of each backup and mass restore them in a loop in SSH on your server.

You'll have to let us know what access level exists to know which option is available to use.
