Hi,

I'm configuring a new remote server for backups. I need know:

Which is better cPanel "destination type" for do backups:

FTP
SFTP
Rsync

Which you recommend me for have better backup's integrity?.

My personal recommendation would be SFTP or a close second rsync but none of them have any differences in integrity. There are security concerns with FTP but SFTP is a more secure method to transport. It really depends on what works best for the type and amount of data you have. We do warn that if you're transporting secure information you should use an encrypted connection:
