We got infiltrated by the Spammer Alexey Panov today. He ordered an account (Freedom-storm.com) and started blasting out spam from our server.

Here are the details he used in his order:

Paypal email username: [email protected]
Domain Name: freedom-storm.com
He ordered the account under the name: Gallego Lapera
he then sent our Spam under the hostgym.com domain

Here is Spamhaus notes on him.

Yep, I got an order for that domain today. The address was in Spain on the order form, but the IP that submitted the order was in Georgia USA LOL. Needless to say I did not set that account up.

Same here. This person used [email protected] and onlinemaster.net as the domain. I only found out when I received an email from spamhaus. Unfortunately at that time, spamhaus did not have onlinemaster.net as one of this spammers domain. But I fixed that and provided spamhaus with additional indfo they didn't have. So watch out for this well known spammer.

why don't we examine the logs... file a jon doe law suit... subpoena any logs from others unwilling to provide them voluntarily... identify the spammer by their payment records on the places hosted... hunt him down and turn the data over to the fbi? :D

He did a whois on our order forms, but didn't get past that point. We also had to cancel someone this week that was doing the escrow scams and spam. Amazing what these people will try.
