Has anybody tried to monitor their cpanel server with big brother? I have been using big brother for years and it monitors everything I use. Only it is not properly monitoring the cpanel server. It is reporting a down state on ftp,smtp,pop, and ssh. However, dns, httpd, connectivity, telnet are all reporting properly? Anything here I am not aware of that is somehow different on a cpanel server???

We are monitoring 30 Cpanel servers with no problem. The only issue we ran into was that we had to copy /bin/mail to the bb directory edit the config file for the correct path then chown it to root in order send the alerts.
