Could you please clarify a little bit? It seems like you\'re saying that anything sent to [email protected] will go out to all the list members, but this is exactly what a mailing list _should_ do. There is an option in the mailing list management regarding who is allowed to post to the list, whether that be only one person, people subscribed to the list, or anyone.

Hi, I believe there are posting filters which allow one to control whether moderator approval is required or not, as well as some other options... It is located under the privacy options link.

When you click the mailing list button in the control panel, click the edit button next to the list name. Then, enter the list password and click the privacy options link. Hope this helps!

Hi, as I said, you could accomplish what you want through the privacy options link.

1. Click the edit button next to your mailing list name through cpanel, enter your list password.

2. Click privacy options

3. You\'re looking for the options under General posting filters - make sure you have both set to YES and enter your email address in the text box below the two options.
