Hello, i have a big problem, all my clients can't login into cpanel.

They enter their CORRECT login details, then you hit login but nothing and you are still on the cpanel login page.

When i tried to login as root it worked. Other clients doesnt work.

Is anything in the error log?

Try watching the cPanel error log while you try to log into cPanel. Run the following command as root:

Code:
# tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

After entering this command and pressing Enter, try logging into cPanel using an account username and password. Use Ctrl+C to end the tail command when you are finished. Please paste the output that you get into the ticket.

Also, what URL are your clients using to log in? Accounts created in cPanel can only log in using ports 2082 and 2083. Only root can log into the WebHost Manager using ports 2086 and 2087. Can you please confirm the URL that is being used to log into cPanel?

Also, the log file /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log may provide useful information in this situation.
