What would changing an email account's password have to do with your all accounts being suspended? Can you login to the server via SSH as root?

go in an unsuspended the accounts then review the logs and see what happen it sounds like the password change has nothing to do with it, maybe your host suspended the accounts for something else

if you are root then I would review the logs available to you as root and go from there
