hi, I would like to use this post to say a big "thank you" to all cPanel technical support staff.

Over the past 3 weeks, I have had multiple serious problems with WHM, Apache and MySql. They were serious problems and even my dedicated server provider were reluctant to help me fix them. Some of them were asking for high amount of money to fix those problems.

I turned to cPanel support, not only were they quick to respond, they were all courteous, patient and actually fixed the problems multiple times for me.

I want to say special thanks to Mr Kevin Asklund, who was extremely patient with my problems and updated me frequently of the status. Mr Jason H was also very helpful as well.

Overall, I found cPanel support staff are very professional, even more so than the dedicated server providers whom I paid a hefty amount of money to each month.:) :)

Yeah I never saw such company with best support.

I can double that!!!!

Nice to read good things about support instead of horror stories. Way to go, Cpanel crew. :)
