Hi,
I'm trying to figure out what the difference between these What is the difference between these URL's are.


store.cpanel.net, buycpanel.com, and the licensing buying page when you setup a server and license it for the first time? When I try to find our invoices and list of servers we have, I do not see everything under one site.

Can you elaborate on what you mean? I'm not sure I understand where you're seeing this?

buycpanel.com is a partner/distributor. They are a totally seperate entity from cPanel. It's simply a vendor to buy cPanel licenses from.

store.cpanel.net is the URL to buy licenses directly from cPanel.

From what you're saying it sounds like you're buying some of your licenses directly from cPanel and some from buycpanel. I wouldn't have a whole lot of insight into billing issues though, you'd want to run that by customer service at [email protected]
