bind(9.2.2) - Failed

    I am a reseller - but not the main reseller I guess!! - I have Emailed the support for this to be looked at with noa avail after 4 hrs, - anyone suggest anything I can do instead of waiting????? - Thanks in advance. :mad:

    Hello,

    Unfortunately if you don't have root access to the server, you won't be able to resolve this problem and will have to rely on your host to fix it for you.

    I am sure it will be worked out soon for you.

    If you do not have root access to the server, there is little that you can do (now) but contact your host.

    However, in/for the future, you may want to investigate a secondary DNS source and ensure that you customers list both primary and secondary nameservers with their registrar. This way, if DNS fails on your primary box, the secondary will answer authoritatively.
