Bind and account termiantion.

    It would be a good idea to have WHM remove the domain entry from named.conf when an account is terminated, because if the account is added again with the same domain, WHM adds another entry in named.conf for the domain - which causes Bind v9 to choke in it's default config.

    Hmm, well it didn't do about 24 hours ago when a customer deleted an account and re-created it with the same domain name on their server.
