I'm having issue where I can see domain by using domain name, but not any subdomains. In example: dezoito.com can be seen, but www.dezoito.com cannot. or mail. ft. and any subdomain. I checked all DNS settings.. looks fine.. :(

Check the VirtualHost entry in httpd.conf file for that domain, the ServerAlias entry should be as follows :-
    ServerAlias dezoito.com www.dezoito.com

You will then be able to view the domain as dezoito.com and www.dezoito.com.

I checked all that. It's not httpd.. I cant for example ping www.domain.com but can ping domain.com .. ie. I think it's BIND mess or something.

Check the .db file /var/named and check whether the CNAME entry is present over there for www. It should be
    www IN CNAME domainname

Hope it should solve the issue.
