Bind Problem

    Hi, new to all this but have to learn somewhere....

    Im getting this message when asked to add an A record.


    IP=xx.xx.xxx.xx Bind reloading on frost using rndc zone: [mydomain.com] Error reloading bind on myserver: rndc: connect failed: connection refused Add Complete

    It also asks me everytime I open up whm...

    /scripts/fixndc
    /etc/init.d/named stop
    /etc/init.d/named start


    if you still get the bind error

    run /scripts/fixndc
    /etc/init.d/named stop
    /etc/init.d/named start

    I also have the same problem in the past. It was confusing at the begining. Maybe this can help.

    /scripts/fixndc
    /etc/init.d/named stop
    /etc/init.d/named start

    If you still have the same problem, try this instead.

    /scripts/upcp --force

    If still no change, try to reboot your server or restart the cpanel.

    service cpanel restart

    I hope this works for you cause this is works for me.
