Any plans on doing an official cPanel supported BIND update?

    https://www.isc.org/node/474

Yeah, I can "yum update bind", but I've been burnt by that on cPanel boxes too many times to count...

This is important and urgent. Any news on this ?

I am running the CURRENT tree, and my BIND version is still 9.2.4.....

    cPanel, please act accordingly !!

I even tried upgrading via yum, and it returned "Could not find update match for bind".

Does UPCP update BIND or not? I remember some discussions years ago...

    I'm on CENTOS.

Any fixes or updates to BIND must be provided by your operating system vendor ( e.g. RedHat, CentOS, etc ). We do not, nor do we intend to, provide BIND RPMs.

Please address your concerns for this issue to your operating system vendor. Thank you.
