Blackhole on exim logfile

    Hello everyone.

    I face a situation where :
    A user can receive email but cannot send it.Anyway, I did a test and I found transaction of the email is completed but I didn't receive the email I sent from that particular domain.It stated blachole.What does it mean?

    The log file as follow:
