Blacklist disappeared in SpamAssassin?

Hi, I've only been using cpanel for about 5 days now.

I started a blacklist in spamassassin during the weekday at the office using desktop pc. At the weekend I logged in at home using my home laptop and added a few more entries to the blacklist and saved as per usual. I just got in the office Monday morning, logged in to cpanel and the blacklist entries are gone.

Ok, I can restart the blacklist again but I prefer to know why it dissappeared in the first place.

Hello Bob,

The entries should not disappear on their own. I recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider to have them review the cPanel access log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log) to see if the entries were removed through the cPanel UI.
