I have a dedicated server, with only my company using it.
I've a very strict spam policy.
I employ DKIM, SPF and DMARC.
It seems that for whatever reason, cloudmark have blacklisted my IP.
I'm not blacklisted on anything else., and I've applied for delisting.
We don't send spam, or marketting emails, but we do send about 200 emails per day containing customers sales invoices.
And maybe 100 per day from the backend of our OS commerce site (again, customer order confirmations, password resets etc)
I note on Cludmark that they mention looking in to ' RETURN PATH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM'
Can anyone explain what this might be please, and I've no doubt there will be a cost implication.
Am I just being held to ransom ??
