Are there any errors being reported in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log?

I got the same problem, when login to cpanel then get white blank page but WHM is working properly. FYI, my version is cPanel 11.18.2-S21613.

Hikaro, could you solve the problem? If so, please update this thread. Thanks

    Solution

well guys I also had the problem , I just lost all hopes but I got the solution at last.
I am not sure if it will work for all guys but it worked for me.

Go to root WHM and click "upgrade to latest version" and tick that force reinstall.

    done!:D

This can also be done via SSH if you are logged as root by typing the following command:

    Code:
    /scripts/upcp --force

Same problem here, the second time it's happening within the last two weeks. The cPanel page simply never finishes loading.

upcp --force stalls out at "Running Env Auto Repair...", never finishes either.

    Hello hikaro,

From the below output its clear there is a problem with the cpanel binaries, please follow the following steps to fix this issue :-

    cd /usr/local/cpanel
    cp cpanel cpanel.backup
    wget http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/RELEASE-x86_64/cpanel/cpanel
    chmod +x cpanel
    [root@root1 cpanel]# ./cpanel --bincheck
    BinCheck ok

If you still face same problem then can I look at this server else you can place a ticket to cpanel.

I'm having the same problem! I cannot get in cPanel AND WHM. They both give me blank pages!

I ran /scripts/upcp --force and that did not fix it.

Also, ./cpanel --bincheck says it is Ok.

    Thanks,
    Derek
