Hello, I'm a newbie in website development. I'm basically in my 1st grade if I were in a school for website designing. I have a problem. My Boss gave me a Cpanel to practice on. I was working fine with it until yesterday. When I tried to login, it was working fine. But, it displays a blank page. I would really love to hear from experts like you guys. What am I supposed to do? Can I reset my Cpanel since it has no significant content yet? Thank you for even reading this message. :)

It depends as to where exactly you see a blank page ? Perform a upcp which might help. Check for cPanel error logs file to investigate.

Does it show blank page right after login? Or after clicking on any function. Checking cPanel logs will be best option.

Thank you for your replies guys. The blank page is the Cpanel itself. That page right after you log in to your cpanel. But, it's okay now. I completely had no Idea why the things that I did, worked. I renamed a file called "x3". I have not read from any forums to do that. I just hope it's not a stupid move that will give me future problems. Anyways, I will take note of your suggestions just in case I will have future problems related to this again.

a. UPCP
b. error logs
c. cpanel logs

I have no idea what they are but I will research about them. :)

Thank you Guys. :)

Glad to know that it's all working now. It looks like the issue was with the theme & that's the reason changing the theme worked. Do give a shout and a member on forums will assist !
