Blank page after login to phpMyAdmin

That is a ticket number in your provider's own ticket system. It is not a cPanel ticket number, so we would not have access to it. We need the number for the ticket your provider opened with cPanel. That number will not contain any letters (such as "QSO") or dashes or hyphens (-), and it will consist of seven digits. Currently, new cPanel tickets start with a 5.
I complained about this number and just now I received another answer: It would have been a phone call between them and a certain "Account Manager Sean". Date: June 11th -- caller from Germany

And, believe it or not, unfortunately there was no ticket number.

I give up.

Feel free to have them submit a new support ticket to us if they want us to take a closer look. Ultimately, you may want to try using a different computer with a different browser to rule out any issues with your local computer.

hi,
we had this problem 2 times, and the only way to resolve this blank page problem with phpMyAdmin was to go in
SQL Services / Change MySQL User Password
All the other solutions provided in this post did not work for me :(
