It seems like there's been a change lately with cPanel because a lot of customers are asking for their passwords and I have noticed myself that the popup login never comes up in Chrome, I only get the login page. But one problem I haven't been able to answer yet..

A customer that goes to /cpanel gets a blank page.
She is using Internet Explorer 8 and nothing has changed on her computer. No new firewall or anti-virus.

I am using Google Chrome and am able to log in to her control panel.

Along a similar note, I have had other customers complain that they can't log in to their webmail from Internet Explorer, it just keeps saying the password is wrong. But they can log in from Chrome. Passwords as simple as 1234.

Safari and Chrome now have http auth disabled in order to work around a bug in their http auth engine:

    case 45031
Safari & Chrome won't login more than once per browser instance (disable http auth for safari & chrome)

    Try
    Code:
    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log
while the user attempts to login
