Block (ban) Specific Words on Main/Addon Domain

Hello Community
i want to know is there any way to block some wildcard words in account creation or addonpark domains creation?

i need this to prevent some phishing domains that created on our servers and cause abuse problems with data-centers
we wont get notified until we get report form dc and until then users could add domain that have similar names to payment services and misuse service and cause damage

Hi @rasa

You can definitely do this. You'll need to go to WHM>>Server Configuration>>Tweak Settings -> Prevent cPanel users from creating specific domains and ensure this is enabled.

Then you can add the domains you want to disallow to /var/cpanel/commondomains
