    Hi,

We have server A and server B. Both server using cPanel. All domain will hosted in server A while server B is mail for domain on server A.

Every time domain sending email from server A, it will goes thru server B. Today we facing some issue. We saw error one of email account on mail server (server B) show mailbox full / block limit exceed /inode limit exceed.

We have check both server for that particular account and the free space is big on whm/cpanel. We do not know where need to check. Please advice.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I think server disk space or inode is full. You can check using below command on the server.
Login to server through ssh and run below command
    Code:
    df -h
    df -i

    Hello,

You are facing this issue with only one account or all accounts ?
Also, let me know which OS installed on the server. CentOs or CloudLinux ?

    Hi,
I think you are using CloudLinux. Can you please recheck the OS using below command.

    Code:
    cat /etc/redhat-release
If OS is CloudLinux then you have to increase inode limit in your package

    Here you go:
    Code:
    root@web [/home/]# cat /etc/redhat-release
    CentOS release 6.8 (Final)

    root@mail [/home/]# cat /etc/redhat-release
    CentOS release 6.8 (Final)

Has the cPanel user or email account reached it's quota limit?

In the cPanel Email Accounts interface, you should be able to see the quota for each email account for the cPanel account.

    Hi,

Run the /scripts/fixquotas script and see if it fixes the issue.

    Hello @Zabidin,

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and determine why the email account is showing as at it's quota limit? You can post the ticket number here, and we will update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
