Block POP3 access for specific mail

Hello,

I just can't figure out how can I block a specific user to access his mail through POP3 ?
The POP3 service that is installed on the server is cppop. I thought that I might change the password for the POP3 , and leave the same password for the imapd , but can't find where I can do that(and how..).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
