block ports 2082 and 2083

    Hey,

    Is it possible to block port 2082 and 2083 with htacess??

    Hello :)

    You will need to use a firewall or host access rules to block access to those ports. If you are not familiar with adjusting the firewall rules on your server, you may find a product such as CSF useful:

    Why are you wanting to block those ports specifically? cPanel access will not work if both 2082 and 2083 are blocked, so if you could explain what you are trying to accomplish, it would be a lot easier to know what to suggest. Simply blocking the ports likely isn't ideal for every user on the machine if you still want cPanel to be accessible.
