Hi i am using whm and at some accounts we get spam emails from a specific domain.

You can use WHM>>Service Configuration>>Exim Configuration Manager -> Blacklisted SMTP IP addresses if you know the IP address of the domain sending to you.
You can also use the Exim System Filter to do this though it's a tiny bit more complicated. We have a pretty good guide on using it here: How to Customize the Exim System Filter File - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation
