blocked account by hosting server

Hi, I have some problems, I setup my email account in outlook 2016, everything is ok, but after the 2 days, I cannot receive more emails or send email.
when I call my hosting server, said that is blocked because I try to connect to many times.

somebody can help me.

Hello,

This occurs if you put some settings incorrectly - including the account's password. I'd advise you to contact them to assist you with entering the correct information into Outlook if you're unable to use the account configuration settings provided to the account.
