    Hi,

an intern inserted wrong password for the root in cpanel and managed to block the root user from accessing WHM. How can I unblock it? We are on static IP.

    Hello,

If you're able to access the server via SSH you can clear the block for cPHulkd by disabling cPHulk or flushing the login history:

    Code:
     whmapi1 disable_cphulk

    Code:
    whmapi1 flush_cphulk_login_history

    Thanks!
