blocked using Blocklist 1

hi

My emails are hosted at cPanel and server ip is block by microsoft which is blocking my emails to our several clients

when ever an email is sent it replies :
550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [XX.XX.XX.XX] blocked using Blocklist 1, mail from IP banned; To request removal from this list please forward this message to [email protected] and include your ip address XX.XX.XX.XX

following these instruction do not result any thing. can any one help me get out from this blocklist 1 of Microsoft

cPanel is not the one hosting your website - this is likely something you need to speak to your hosting provider about. Unfortuantely all I can really recommend is that you follow the instructions in the blacklist message, which you indicated you already did.

I searched for that blacklist rejection message on Google and the typical answer was that it can take a few days before you receive a response after sending a removal request to [email protected].
